You can have multiple communities (for example, one free and one paid) with multiple landing pages and a membership portal.

You also have access to the marketing software and the social media posting platform.

Basic package starts at $349 a month with a $349 setup fee. This includes $50 credits towards texts, emails, and AI.

Accounts will also have an assigned Connectierge™ with access to Admin Assistants to help with many types of projects and tasks at $9 - $12 per hour.

How do you support me?

We learned a LONG time ago that just having 'software' and 'bells and whistles' don't mean anything if you don't use it. And we also know that not everyone is comfortable launching the backend of their business that has this many applications without help.

When you sign up we will give you a call to understand your needs for and priorities for using the Business Builder Backend. We will put together a plan to get you up and running as quickly as possible. We will have an Onboarding Specialist connect with you and go over the pieces of the software that require YOU ie. linking your emails, domains, calendars, text messaging authorization, and business details. Once you have had your onboarding we assign you a Setup Specialists will get your website/landing page/forms setup for your business. If you are a Coach or a Consultant we will help you move one course from a previous platform or get your Membership Community moved from a previous service like Skool.

Once you are up and running you will also have a follow-up onboarding hour with your Specialist, support section with helpful videos, and a chat area to ask for tech assistants.

Want more than that after you are up and rolling? As part of our services we enroll you in our Connectierge Small Business Program (normally $99 a month) for free. You will be assigned a Connectierge during business hours with a private connection so you request assistance with admin or tech tasks on an ala carte basis. You only pay for the help you need and prices range from $9- $12 per hour, depending on the 'tech' level of the project.

How are you guys different?

We evolved. Our first marketing agency started in 2005! We helped people start moving businesses to the Internet, do SEO, build websites, integrate print & www, all the beginning stuff. In the last 20 years, we learned a very important lesson: technology will keep changing, it will never stop, and it is impossible for one or two people to keep up and know everything.

We figured out that the one consistent factor over the last 20 years is small business owners need help with the technology and they need to Connect with the right people to get things done right. That is why we are different. We give you the backend and we give you connections to help you build your business.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We work a lot with coaches, creators, agencies, and local service businesses. We have "templates" we can integrate for these types of businesses that keep your setup prices down and get you up and rolling on a quick basis. We also are working hard to help membership communities start using trained Connectierge™ who specialize in assisting with community and membership, monitoring, growth, and support.

How much time should I expect to invest in this?

If you truly want to scale your business rapidly, plan to invest at least 5 hours per week dedicated to getting your system setup. Since this is probably going to have most of your business's backend tools, you will want to get familiar with how it work. Once you get up and rolling, you may want to hire a Connectierge to assist with your memberships, courses, blog, social media posting, newsletters, and admin support. It is completely optional, but there if you need it.

If you don't feel like you have the time, or don't have anyone to delegate your backend marketing, products, and business mgmt to then you may want to look at where your business is at this point and if you truly have time to grow it. Like any business on the planet, you need to be able to dedicate a portion to time each week to make sure it is growing, not dying.
